River­side Homes’ COVID-19 precautions

In light of the impact of COVID-19, we’d like to let you know River­side Homes mod­els remain open for tour­ing. If you decide to vis­it one of our mod­el homes, we will make your health and safe­ty, as well as the health and safe­ty of our employ­ees, real estate agents and con­struc­tion trade firm part­ners a pri­or­i­ty. We have asked home buy­ers, our real estate agents and field staff mem­bers to fol­low the addi­tion­al pro­to­cols out­lined below to pro­mote health and safe­ty when vis­it­ing our new home com­mu­ni­ties:

• In accor­dance with the statewide man­date on face cov­er­ings in pub­lic spaces, all vis­i­tors ages 5 and old­er must wear a face cov­er­ing while inside our mod­el homes. Indi­vid­u­als who are not able to wear a face cov­er­ing may request accom­mo­da­tion by call­ing our office at (503)-645‑0986.
• Please sched­ule an appoint­ment to vis­it our mod­el homes. Appoint­ments are often avail­able on short notice.
• Employ­ees, sales agent teams and sub­con­trac­tors asso­ci­at­ed with River­side Homes are mon­i­tor­ing them­selves for signs of ill­ness. Any­one show­ing signs of ill­ness or who has been in known close con­tact with some­one diag­nosed or sus­pect­ed of hav­ing COVID-19 will stay home and seek med­ical atten­tion as needed.
• Respect­ful­ly, if you’re not feel­ing well, please do not vis­it.

Our real estate agents are hap­py to assist via email or phone.
